Each new Jedi Initiate who arrives at the Anaxes Enclave will begin their studies with a set of classes followed by an Trial before they are allowed to graduate to Padawan and look for a master to begin their training in earnest.

      The Jedi Code
The Jedi Code is the most fundamental of all Jedi Philosophies and being faithful to it is considered the path to enlightenment. It takes but a few moments to learn but a lifetime to master.

      The Three Pillars
The Three Pillars is another foundational Philosophy that at its root helps a Jedi understand the three cornerstones of how to conduct their lives in everything they do.

      Empty Meditation
Empty Meditation is a technique which allows a Jedi the ability to give careful thought and consideration to their lives and the outcomes of their actions without being hindered by the bias of their own emotions, thoughts, or memories. Very useful for any Jedi wishing to seek a calm and centered mind before proceeding.

      Shii-Cho and Form 0
Shii-Cho is the first saber form that all Jedi learn since it develops the skill set all advanced saber forms are built from. With this form, a Initiate will learn the importance of control – both of themselves and of their saber – and exercise the discipline to stay calm both within their bodies and their minds. Form 0 is just as important even if it’s not a saber form at all. It is an understanding that seeking a peaceful resolution whenever possible is better than ever drawing your saber.

      The Padawan Trials
Once the Initiate has completed these basics, they will be tested on what was learned. If the Trial was successful, then the Initiate will graduate to Padawan and be able to pursue the rest of their Jedi training.
